How many directors and shareholders are required?
Minimum three directors and seven shareholders. There is no maximum number of shareholders.
Does a public limited company have to be listed?
No. "Public" refers to the ability to offer shares to the public, not to a stock exchange listing. Many public limited companies are unlisted.
