Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before work begins. Cancel before we start work on your order and the professional fee is refunded in full. Government fees already paid to an authority cannot be refunded.

After work begins. A proportionate refund is considered based on the stage reached. Where an application has been filed with a government authority, the professional fee for that stage is not refundable.

Rejections. A refusal or rejection by a government authority is not a ground for refund of the professional fee, as the work has been performed. We will advise on the remedy available.

How to request. Raise a request from your account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 7-10 working days.
